Customer-service texting

Our texting program helps with window-cleaning questions, quotes, bookings, and existing appointments. It uses automated messages and an AI assistant. Requests that need a person can be referred to our team.

How you opt in

Text START or a cleaning inquiry to (385) 525-5866. By doing so, you agree to receive automated, AI-assisted texts from The Window Brothers LLC about the service conversation you requested. See the full invitation and disclosure on our Text us page.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service. Providing your number on a form, in an ad, or during a call does not enroll you in this program. This program does not send promotional campaigns.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your requests and conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming your choice. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or call (801) 781-9223.

Quotes and appointments

A quote or proposed appointment time is not a reservation. Your appointment is confirmed only after you accept a specific date and price and receive a booking confirmation. Please call us if a message is unclear or you need help with an appointment.

Privacy

We use your mobile number, messages, and details you choose to provide to answer your request and manage your service. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing. Read our SMS Privacy Policy for details about records and service providers.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information by text. This service is not for emergencies.
