The Window Brothers LLC uses your mobile number, message content, opt-in and opt-out records, and contact or service details you voluntarily provide to respond to your cleaning inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and provide requested customer support.

Conversation and service records are stored in our operations system. Our messaging and AI service providers, including Twilio and ElevenLabs, process only the information needed to deliver these replies and support the requested service.

We do not sell mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers necessary to operate this messaging service.

Giving us your number on a website form, in an ad, or during a call does not enroll you in automated texts. This program begins when you text START or a cleaning inquiry to (385) 525-5866. It does not enroll you in promotional campaigns.
